Assessment of Safety Standards of Magnetic Resonance Imaging at the Korle Su Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana
An outstanding report on the MRI safety / process and staff knowledge conditions of a teaching hospital in Ghana in which an MRI project incident occurred. A wonderful baseline survey is provided as well as the corrective action plan derived as a result of the knowledge gained by this assessment.
